Our furniture includes a 1-year warranty from delivery on its frame, structure and manufacturing defects. We repair covered problems or replace the affected part when repair is not possible.

Send photos, a short description and your order reference on WhatsApp. We reply within 3 working days.

Made-to-order furniture takes 6–8 weeks from receipt of the 60% advance. The remaining 40% is due before delivery. In-stock delivery timing is confirmed when ordering.

Delivery charges depend on your address and are confirmed before payment. Standard delivery is kerbside, to your building entrance.

Carrying furniture inside, unpacking, assembly and placement are available as extra paid services. Please request these when ordering so we can confirm the charges.
