Delivery Policy

• Made-to-order furniture: 6–8 weeks from when we receive your advance
• In-stock items and decor: Timing confirmed when you order

These are estimates. We'll keep you updated on WhatsApp, and tell you straight away if anything changes, for example because of bad weather or material shortages.

Delivery charges depend on your address and are confirmed before you pay. The remaining 40% balance must be paid before your order is sent out.

Our standard delivery is kerbside: we deliver to the entrance of your house or building. Carrying the furniture inside, unpacking, assembly and placement are available as an extra paid service. Please ask for this when you place your order.

• Give us a complete and correct address and a phone number we can reach
• Make sure the piece will fit through doors, stairs and lifts
• Make sure someone is available to receive the delivery at the agreed time. If a delivery has to be rearranged, a new delivery charge will apply.
