Information you give us. When you place an order, ask for a price, book a showroom visit, request a warranty repair or otherwise contact us (on the Website, WhatsApp, phone, email, Instagram or in person), we may collect:

• your name;
• phone and WhatsApp number;
• email address;
• delivery address and access details (for example floor, lift or stair information and measurements);
• order details, such as the products, sizes, fabrics and finishes you choose;
• payment records, such as advance and balance payments, bank transfer references or receipts;
• photos and descriptions you send us, for example for warranty claims or custom orders;
• the content of messages you send us.

Information collected automatically. When you browse the Website, some technical information is collected automatically by our hosting provider and by the browser itself, such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, the date and time of your visit and the website that referred you. The Website also stores your shopping cart in your browser so it is not lost between pages. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Payment card information. We do not store your full card details on the Website. If you pay by card, the payment is processed by the bank or payment provider concerned under its own terms and privacy policy.

We use your personal information to:

• respond to your enquiries and give you prices and quotes;
• process, make and deliver your orders, including made-to-order pieces;
• arrange delivery, carrying-in, assembly and installation services;

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where needed to run our business, with:

• Delivery and installation partners, who receive your name, phone number and address so they can deliver and set up your furniture;
• Workshops and craftspeople, who receive order specifications (not usually your contact details) to make your piece;
• Service providers we use to operate the business, such as our website host (Vercel), email (Google) and messaging (WhatsApp and Instagram, operated by Meta), and Google Maps, which shows our location on the Contact page;
• Banks and payment providers, to receive and confirm payments;
• Professional advisers, such as accountants and lawyers, where necessary;
• Authorities, when required by law, a court order or to protect our rights, our customers or others.

Some of these providers may process information outside Pakistan. When you message us on WhatsApp or Instagram, or use Google Maps, those services also handle your information under their own privacy policies.

5. How long we keep your information

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above. Order, payment and delivery records are kept for at least the length of your warranty and for as long as required for accounting, tax and legal purposes. Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted or anonymised when they are no longer needed. Marketing preferences are kept until you opt out.

6. How we protect your information

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your information, including limiting access to the people who need it and using secure (HTTPS) connections on the Website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
• correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
• delete your information, unless we need to keep it for an order, warranty or legal reason;
• stop sending you marketing messages;

8. Third-party links

The Website links to other sites and apps, such as WhatsApp, Instagram and Google Maps. We are not responsible for how those services handle your information, so please read their privacy policies.

The Website and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
