By placing an order with TSOLT Home, you agree to these terms.

An order is confirmed only once we receive the advance payment and send you a written confirmation on WhatsApp or by email. The confirmation lists the item, size, finish, price and estimated delivery date.

Prices are in Pakistani rupees (PKR). Delivery and extra services such as placement are charged separately. We may change website prices at any time, but the price in your order confirmation won't change.

• Furniture: 60% advance to confirm the order, and the remaining 40% before delivery
• Decor and accessories: full payment when you order
• We accept online bank transfer and cash at our showroom

If the balance isn't paid when the order is ready, delivery will be postponed. Finished items not paid for within 30 days of completion may be released for sale, and the advance kept to cover costs.

Custom pieces are made to the specifications you approve. Please check sizes, finishes and fabrics carefully before confirming, because they can't be changed once production starts.

Wood, stone, leather and natural fabrics vary in grain, colour and texture. Photos and samples show the general look, and your piece may vary slightly. This isn't a defect.

Our standard delivery is kerbside. Delivery dates are estimates. We aren't responsible for delays outside our control, such as weather, strikes or material shortages, but we'll keep you informed.

These are covered by our Returns and Warranty policies, which form part of these terms.

Our designs, photos and website content belong to TSOLT Home and can't be copied or used without our permission.

We use your details only to process your order and contact you about it. See our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Lahore.

We may update these terms. The version on our website when you place your order applies.
